| The weather is cooler in the
winter, but it's not suffocating in the summer either. We find the summers
here easier to take than those in the Eastern United States. September and
October are just exquisite. The resort is almost empty then, but there is
always the danger of a hurricane during those months. If you're really very
concerned about the heat, I'd say late November through early February, but
Summer is just fine otherwise. In
general, at any time of year, there will be weather. It will vary. Other
than that I am not responsible for anything that follows. Temperatures
between 83-91 F. daytime, 67-75 F. night. Very humid. During the course of
any single day there might be bright sunshine, pounding tropical rain or a
combination of both. I am not joking. Sometimes we see drenching rain on one
side of the house and bright sunshine onthe other. Furious sun showers are
not unusual.
Bring the lightest clothing you can for
daytime. At night you will want to cover up a bit and will need a light
sweater or wrap for the air conditioning.
