Weather
The weather changes fast: it can be cloudy for a few minutes and sunny again. Around Isla Mujeres the sky is clear most of the time. A tour is only cancelled after several days of bad weather, which is rare, and we let you know the day before.
Catering
Catering can be added to your charter; orders must be placed 24–36 hours before departure. Basic menu: ceviche, guacamole, chicken wings, Caesar salad and tuna mini sandwiches. Also deli wraps and sandwiches, shrimp platter, meat and cheese platter, chicken tenders, dessert tart and sushi. Chef option on selected yachts.
Drinks
We can provide the brands you like and you pay the store ticket — or bring your own.
Transportation
SUVs for 6 people, VIP vans for 15 or 19, and a minibus for 30.
Booking add-ons
We recommend at least 36 hours’ notice to book add-on activities.
Gratuity
Not included; 10–20% of the charter total is customary, at your discretion.
