We read the reviews on 'Trip Advisor', which seemed to be of mixed opinions. After viewing other potential hotels we decided that this hotel suited our budget and family needs. We booked the hotel (all inclusive) via an independant website along with seperate flights to keep within our budget. On arrival at the hotel we were pleasantly suprised at the hotels appearance, and general housekeeping. We had a speedy check-in and were shown to our room. The room although basic satisfied our needs and was clean, it could probably do with an update on the furnishings, also would benefit from having a small fridge to keep water and cold drinks in. All the staff from management to the gardener were more than friendly and polite, they were always smiling happy to help. The pool area was kept immaculate and lifeguards always present between 8am to 8pm, so excellent for peace of mind if you let your conentration of watching your kids in the pool for every minute. The restaurants are plentiful with lots of choice of foods, although we only used the buffet restaurants, so can't really comment on the others. The Beach Bar was very good for snacks which include burgers, hot dogs and nachos. The fish restaurant near the pool I understand to have been very nice but we didn't try due to fussy kids. We are a family of 2 adults, 2 children and 1 infant in one room and found this hotel to be one of the best all-rounders we have stopped in. We would recommend to any family like ours.

would first of all like to say how disgusted I am by some of the very bad reviews in particular one recent review. The hotel and staff including the life guards on the beach and pool are fantastifc and couldnt do enough for you. I myself witnessed a very disturbing incident around the pool and could see that all life guards did all they could - it is totally disgresful for someone to judge the life guards so negitively when they dont actually know what the [--] went on or what experience they have!!
The entertainment staff in the day around the pool were very good and made everyones day by making them laugh, it was also a great way of meeting new people. I would say that this hotel is particularly good for young couples or groups. The cocktail slushs are fab - note tip and you will get stronger drinks!!
The hotel itself was nice and very clean - what you would expect for a 3 star. The meals in resturants were ok - it wasnt really what i liked but there was a lot of choice so they try to cater for all. You could get a little bored during your second week - i guess it depends on what you like - they do try to please everyone!
The beach was so lovely - quieter than the pool side. There is a lot of seaweed in the rnornings but there are men cleaning it up. The water is lovely!!
I was overall very pleased with this hotel and staff and I would go back. I feel very sorry for the staff who have to put up with some very rude people who think they are their servants. The staff are lovely and always smiling.
