Recently returned from the BBC, and again, thoroughly enjoyed it. Noticed some new staff members, especially in the hotel entertainment/activities team, and once again, their input was 100%, cannot fault their passion or enthusiasm to get everyone involved. The whole place was kept very clean, all staff members work very hard, considering some people treating them like their own personal slaves, with no acknowledgement of how hard they really work, it only takes a smile, please and thank you !! Food was very good, vast choice, can't understand why people complain about it, but you cannot please everyone. Bellboys extremely helpful, if you have any queries regarding taxi fares, where to go etc. Pool bar staff worked very hard, you can get bombarded by wasps, but you are in Mexico! - I never had a problem ordering my electric lemonades or miami vices. The entertainment team put on 3 shows a week, Lion King, Pirates of the Caribbean and Little Mermaid, again, so much effort is put into their performances, other evenings included various games/activities. The kids club was great, they can watch videos, paint/draw, sail, play pool games, there is an abundance of activities to keep them amused. Overall, I wouldn't hesitate to recommended this hotel to all, and have always found it to be of extremely good value, and hopefully will return.....
