Yachts with wheelchair access
Everyone on board. We help guests with reduced mobility and plus-size guests board easily at the pier and get back on the yacht after swimming.
Easy to board, easy to get out of the water
This is a common question: yachts are not designed specifically for wheelchairs or people with reduced mobility. Still, we move many guests in this situation, and there are a few things that make the difference.
First, the whole group should stay on the same level of the boat, so nobody is left alone. That means a yacht with enough space on the main deck and no flybridge.
Second, the marina and the pier: we need to get close to the boat on a level pier where the crew can help the guest board comfortably. Very few marinas in Cancun offer this kind of access.
Third, getting out of the water. Some yachts have an electric swim platform that lowers into the sea, so plus-size guests can get back on board without climbing the small metal ladders that are a real problem for many people.
Only a few yachts have these features. Ask us for a yacht with easy boarding and a swim platform lift, and we will match the boat and the marina to your group.
