Comments & Reviews about Paradisus Riviera Maya Mexico:
Paradisus Riviera
Cancun is a really nice, family friendly
resort. We stayed there for 7 days in mid-August
and loved it.
When we arrived there, we got an ocean view
suite although we had booked a garden view
suite with the jacuzzi on the balcony. That
was really nice right off the bat - Thank
you! It was beautiful to wake up in the
morning and watch the sun rise off the
balcony. The place is really as nice as it
looks in the pictures...no kidding!
Irma - the concierge and event planner was
extremely helpful and pleasant. Thanks to
her we were able to go and experience some
sights on our own around Paradisus. We loved
the grounds, the people there were friendly
and very polite, the food at the buffet was
good - it was the same every day but we
liked it. At the restaurant, the waiters
were really warm and pleasant even though
it's a buffet. Manuel and
We got to go to L'Hermitage twice and the
Mediterranean restaurant once while there.
Great food.
The spa was top notch - I would get Royal
service in the future - it's really worth it.
We rented a car for two days - highly
recommended! traveled to Chichen Itza, Tulum,
Playa del Carmen, Valladolid and Cancun.
It's really worth the money since you can go
and explore some of the sites around on your
own.
We found a great beach north of the city of
Tulum, slightly south of the archeological
site and were able to enjoy time there with
the locals...
Highly recommend Tulum, Playa del Carmen.
Cons:
The beach - although the beach is nice,
getting in the water is a different story.
It's a shame but there's nothing the resort
can do about that. As we travelled around
and saw how great some of the beaches around
Playa del Carmen, Cancun and Tulum
are....this beach is a real turnoff.
