My husband and I stayed at the Iberostar Paraiso Lindo for our honeymoon. I will say that the facilities were amazing, very spacious and there was a lot to do. However, the food at the resort left much to be desired. The only food options for breakfast and lunch besides room service was buffet style food. The food that was supposed to be hot was usually cold, and the food that was supposed to be cold was usually warm. The hotel claims to have many different restaurants but they all serve just about the same food. A major disappointment was that the fish was not fresh, crazy since the resort is on the ocean. All the other food was below average and a huge disappointment. The couple of times that we tried to order room service, the staff was rude and did not fulfill our order correctly or in a timely manner. Also, there were little bugs in our bathroom all week.
