We stayed at the Real Playa del Carmen from February 14,2009 to March 7th,2009.

Because the Elfaro Condo , where we were supposed to stay , was not completed in time. We had to make alternate arrangements at the last minute. Our criteria was that we be in downtown Playa del Carmen and have all the amenities of its beautiful beach.

We got all of that by booking the Real Playa del Carmen Master suite with upgrade which gave us the unlimited use of its sister hotel " The Gran Porto " whose location
is right on the beach and within a short walk from the Real Playa del Carmen.

The accomodations were clean, comfortable and satisfactory. The service , food and beverages were exceptional. The staff went out of their way to meet our every need.

Even though we have access to condos in the area, we plan to repeat this holiday at the Real Playa del Carmen as soon as possible.

These are" the Real" staff that made it so great for us.
