Service-the best! polite, quick, friendly, attentive
We tipped at first then stopped the service never changed. We did not know how to tip when we had more than 1 waiter/waitress look after us at each meal.
beach and pool-the best
food-we found the food horrible...bland, the same, meat tough, even toast was like a piece of rock. breads over cooked and hard. eggs really running, milk not cold enough...this was a big issue for us. We are not drinkers and being so far from anywhere else to go eat was expensive. cab fare was 25 round trip .
Tv-when we were in our room and felt like lounging there was not many channels to watch.
internet-nice access to internet 2 computers in lobby very nice.
stores-polite, had lots of stuff. Jewelry store had great prices.
shows-went to international, fire and Mexicana we found them very nice and drink service was wonderful.
All in all this hotel is a great place! I would love to go back! It is quite clean and relaxing and the views are to die for. Reserve Sun Palace Resort Cancun
