Royal Solaris Caribe Cancun Transportation from airport to Royal Solaris Caribe Cancun: Rent a car at Royal Solaris Caribe Cancun rental location
Comments & Reviews about Royal Solaris Caribe Cancun: I've been to this
hotel 3 times-here's what keeps me going back. 1. The Staff-Always friendly,
especially Juan Carlos, Hector and Gorge-I was always treated with a smile.
2. The food- it may not be gourmet, but it's delicious. Especially the mango
yogurt and chicken salad with pineapple. You can have a laid back casual dinner,
or get dressed up and go to Veneto and Marco Polo. The presentation of the food
is just as fabulous as the flavor. 3. The beach- clear water, clean sand,
and quiet! 4. The Drinks- yeah, the glasses are small, but if you bring your
own large one-they have NO problem filling it up. I went to the Christmas tree
shop and got a tall pink plastic tropical looking cup for 1.99 and it was great!
They filled it up every time-no hassle-and it looked cute, and people were
asking me all week where I got it. Here's what I don't like 1. The
timeshare presentation- Okay, I went for the free tote and 50 bucks. It was NOT
worth the hassle. They want 45,000!!! Plus, when I told them I wanted to think
about it they were so rude! AND it took longer than 90 minutes-don't let them
fool you. 2. The loud activities by the pool- hello-some of us just want to
catch some rays, have a drink and hang out-NOT listen to loud entertainment
staff for hours on end. 3. THE JELLYFISH- I didn't know about them, so I
went in the water. My last day of vacation, I had to go to the hotel doctor-who
was VERY nice, and practices in the U.S. by the way-and I was miserable and
itchy. The royal solaris didn't post any warning signs. When I filed a comlpaint
with the hotel, they claimed they warned guests upon check in, which was a
blatant lie. So I'm very unhappy with the hotel about this, since I ended up
with over 300 dollars in medical expenses and missed work. I'm currently working
with the hotel on how I should be compensated for this. So, I'm on the fence
with the hotel. I love the place, but I'm dissappointed that they knew about the
seasonal jellyfish problem, and didn't post warnings. If you go here, just don't
go in May. and if you go in May, DON:T GO IN THE OCEAN!!! Reserve Royal Solaris Caribe Cancun
