Radisson hacienda downtown centroTransportation from airport to Radisson hacienda downtown centro: Rent a car at Radisson hacienda downtown centro rental location
Comments & Reviews about Radisson hacienda downtown centro: I go to Cancun primarily to dive and at night I prefer the restaurants and bars in Ciudad Cancun to the hotel zone. I really just need a comfortable bed and internet access, and this hotel provided both (the in room wireless was free, which was nice). It also has a nice pool and restaurant. I just wish it was a bit closer to Ave Yaxchilan, which is where I tend to hang out. The one thing that went wrong was the electronic lock to my room died. I came home tired at 11:00 p.m. and it took 1.5 hours for them to open my door. They told me it was fixed, but I am pretty sure they just jimmied the lock open (I was not present when they opened it). The next morning I was checking out and was careful to not leave the room until after I was all packed and brought my belongings out with me. Sure enough when I checked the lock it still did not work. I complained to the manager on duty and they gave me my breakfast for free. Originally I booked a room in Margaritas, which is a lower end hotel located closer to where I like to hang out. When I arrived I was informed that hotel was closed for the season and my reservation was moved to the Raddison. So I got a nicer room in exchange for a longer walk to go out in the evening. I paid $40 per night, the going rate for Margaritas, which is cheaper than the Raddison. Another thing to keep in mind is if you want to do some site seeing in the region (Tulum Ruins, Xel-Ha, Xcaret, or Playa/Cozumel) you can catch the ADO bus a couple of blocks from the Hotel and save a lot of money. A round trip ticket to PDC or Tulum costs about $12 USD and then you can take the little shuttle buses around for $1 per leg to any of those spots. Reserve Radisson hacienda downtown centro
